Further training in personnel management: content and objectives

The personnel management training course is aimed at managers who want to familiarize themselves with this exciting field and want to improve their leadership skills. Participants learn about important theoretical findings and models of leadership research. We also present practical applications and implications for work in the company.

Once you have completed your further training in personnel management, you will be able to evaluate modern management methods and styles in terms of their contribution to problem-solving and apply them to specific management problems, such as those that arise during change processes.

At the beginning of the further training in personnel management, you will receive an overview of the basics of the term "Leadership". We present various Management tools with which personnel management can be implemented. Further focal points are management controlling and management success.

In the final section of the course, we examine modern perspectives and challenges of leadership. We provide an outlook on future developments and summarize the current state of discussion on the topic of personnel management.

Further information at a glance

We charge a fee for the "Personnel Management for Managers" course of 490 Euro. The duration of the course is two months. If necessary, you can extend the online course by one month at no extra cost.

After your training you will receive a University certificate and 5 ECTS credits. These can be credited towards various Master's degree programs at Allensbach University. We offer the following Master's programs for applicants from the field of management:

• Master Finance

The seminars take place online will take place. The four events start at 6:00 pm and end around 20:00. Attendance is not compulsory - however, participation in the seminars is recommended.

Proof of performance is provided by a mündliche Prüfung which lasts approx. 25 minutes. You can arrange the date for the exam individually.
