Financial and risk management

In the area of finance and risk management, you will find suitable training courses for your financial or entrepreneurial success. Finance and risk management is an important area of corporate management that deals with the control and monitoring of financial risks. It involves identifying and assessing risks and taking suitable measures to minimize or avoid them.

Corporate governance and compliance refer to the rules and procedures that a company adheres to in order to ensure that it acts ethically and legally responsible. Corporate governance encompasses the way in which the company is managed from the management level to ensure that the interests of the company's shareholders and business partners are safeguarded. Compliance means that the company adheres to the relevant laws, regulations and standards in order to act ethically and legally responsible.

Portfolio management refers to the management of investment portfolios in order to achieve an optimal return with minimal risk. It involves diversifying investments and monitoring risks in order to achieve the investor's objectives.

All of these concepts are important for companies to be successful and meet the expectations of their stakeholders. Through careful planning and implementation of financial and risk management, corporate governance and compliance, and portfolio management, companies can optimize their finances and fulfill their responsibilities to society and their shareholders.

Financial and succession planning is also an essential part of entrepreneurship, especially for family businesses. Effective financial planning can help the business achieve its goals, minimize risks and take advantage of growth potential. Succession planning, on the other hand, is the process of identifying a successor to the managing director or owner of the business to ensure that the business continues to be successful in the future.

You will also find further training on accounting in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) here. IFRS are international accounting standards developed by the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB). They are recognized in many countries around the world and are used by companies to prepare their financial reports. IFRS standards provide guidelines for the way in which companies should present their finances and ensure that the reports of companies in different countries are comparable.
