The real estate sector has grown strongly throughout Germany in recent years and has benefited to an above-average extent from the positive economic development. The demand for living space in urban centers remains high due to the growing population. And it doesn't matter whether it's the power supply, internet, roads or railways: Huge investments in infrastructure are on the cards for the future. The environment for the "Construction and Real Estate" specialization seems promising.

This elective subject offers in-depth, practical training in the planning and execution of construction projects and their further use.
