7th Lake Constance Forum 2024

Up-to-date information for you at first hand - be there again in 2024!

The 7th Lake Constance Forum will take place on July 04/05, 2024 at the Konzil in Constance. We will begin with the first part of the event on July 4, 2024 and then move on to a tour of Lake Constance with dinner and the opportunity to network with participants and speakers. The congress will continue on July 5, 2025 in the premises of the historic Konzil (large hall) in Constance and will end in the early afternoon.

The motto of the event in 2024 is "The future of the automotive industry in Europe - transformation and restructuring even under insolvency protection? New opportunities and new strategic options" and we look forward to welcoming participants and speakers from the four-country region again!

The 6th Lake Constance Forum took place on July 06/07, 2023 at the Council in Constance.

The motto of the event in 2023 was "Focal points of the renovation and
Insolvency court practice 2023 in the DACH region" and we were once again able to welcome participants and speakers from the four-country region.

The motto of the event in 2022 was "New challenges for the insolvency court practice -Remuneration, supervision and future orientation in the field of tension between the players" and we were once again able to welcome participants and speakers from the four-country region.

2nd Lake Constance Forum 2018

The 2nd Lake Constance Forum "Crisis, Restructuring and Turnaround" stood on July 04, 2018 under the motto "Konstanzer-Trialog: Business continuation and restructuring in Austria, Switzerland and Germany - problems and prospects". Renowned speakers from all three nations had their say and reported on mutual experiences, problems and also new developments in the DACH region.
