Prof. habil. Dr. Robert Neumann studied, obtained his doctorate and habilitated in business administration with a focus on organizational, personnel and management development. He worked at the Hernstein International Management Institute in the field of in-house training and organizational development, took on temporary management functions and consulting mandates, developed, led and implemented international management development programs in the D-A-CH countries, UK and USA and is himself active as an international lecturer on leadership and change management topics. He is a member of the EFMD European Foundation for Management Development and a cooperation partner of the LSBF London School of Business and Finance. He is an associate university professor at the Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt (on leave) and is active in academic management and lecturing roles at the St. Gallen Business School. In addition to his academic university career, he has successfully established and managed a university business school over a period of 10 years and has established himself as a provider of science-based and application-oriented in-service management development in the form of general management university courses.
