The future of the automotive industry in Europe - New opportunities and new strategic options

The seventh Lake Constance Forum will take place this year on July 4 and 5 as the Constance Trialogue. "The future of the automotive industry in Europe - transformation and restructuring even under insolvency protection? New opportunities and new strategic options" in the Council of Constance.

In addition to speakers from the field of insolvency law, this year's forum will also feature numerous representatives from the automotive industry who will explain transformation and risk management using real-life case studies. Current challenges for suppliers and dealers in the DACH region will also be addressed and discussed.

For the seventh time, the German Institute for Applied Insolvency Law (DIAI) is organizing the Lake Constance Forum for Crisis, Restructuring and Turnaround from. The cooperation partner is Allensbach University. The event will begin on the morning of July 4, 2024 with the first part and then move on to a tour of Lake Constance with dinner and the opportunity to network with participants and speakers. The congress will continue on July 5, 2024 in the premises of the historic Konzil (large hall) in Constance and will end in the early afternoon.

Outstanding speakers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland will contribute to this trialogue and report on mutual experiences, problems and new developments. Experienced restructuring consultants, members of the judiciary, insolvency administrators and entrepreneurs from the D-A-CH region will report and discuss at the 7th Lake Constance Forum.

Members of the Association of German Rechtspfleger as well as members of the judiciary and universities are admitted free of charge after prior registration.

The forum is recognized as mandatory training for tax consultants (DStV e.V.) and a certificate in the sense of § 15 FAO for 6 hours can already be requested with the registration. During the event, proof of attendance in the morning and afternoon must be provided by signing the attendance list.
