In this section you will find modules from the field of related sciences, which can be booked, for example, to catch up on ECTS in the area mentioned.
Business mathematics refers to the application of mathematical concepts and methods to economic issues. This involves topics such as optimization, linear algebra and differential equations. Statistics refers to the collection, analysis and interpretation of data. This includes topics such as probability, hypothesis testing and regression analysis. Statistics helps to interpret data and make decisions based on data.

Business informatics refers to the application of computer science and information technology to business issues. This involves topics such as databases, programming and information systems. Business informatics also serves to make business processes more effective.
Commercial law covers a wide range of legal areas, including contract law, company law, competition law and antitrust law.

An understanding of business law is critical for directors and executives to ensure that their companies and organizations act in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and minimize risks.

University certificates and additional modules in business mathematics, statistics and computer science

Would you like to study business mathematics, statistics and computer science, but don't want to complete a full degree?

In our continuing education area, you can book individual or several modules from the Bachelor's degree course and receive a university certificate and transcript upon successful completion. Examination achievements can be recognized if you wish to complete a Bachelor's degree at a later date. University certificates can also be completed via distance learning, i.e. online, without attendance and without compulsory attendance. After passing the module examination, you will receive ECTS and a corresponding certificate of achievement.

The additional modules are also intended in particular for students from other universities who need to collect ECTS in selected areas. It is possible to start at any time and examinations can be taken almost every month. It is therefore possible to complete the module at short notice.
