This course prepares you to apply qualitative and quantitative research methods in business practice and to conduct targeted surveys. You will familiarize yourself with the basics and essential instruments of quantitative and qualitative research methods for data collection, processing and analysis and discuss the possible applications of the various methods and instruments.
Upon successful completion of the program, the university will award you the certificate "Methods of economic and social research".
