The certificate "Personnel management and leadership" provides you with knowledge in the most important areas of personnel management.
In this certificate, you will learn about important theoretical findings and models of leadership research, as well as practical applications and implications for working in your company. You will be able to evaluate modern leadership styles and methods in terms of their contribution to solving problems and apply them to specific leadership problems.
What is the content of your training?
You will first receive an overview of the basics of the concept of leadership. The design of leadership in practice provides you with various management tools that can be used to implement personnel management. You will also deal with leadership success and leadership controlling. Finally, various modern perspectives and challenges of leadership will be examined to give you an impression of the current discussions and future developments within this exciting subject area.
Upon successful completion of the program, the university will award you the certificate "Personnel management and leadership".

For the university certificate you will receive 5 ECTSwhich can be credited towards the Master's degree programs at Allensbach University*.
- Tuition fees: EUR 165 per month, EUR 990 in total
- Duration of study: 6 months + 6 months free extension
- Seminars: online, 4 x 90 minutes, in the evening between 18:00 and 20:00
- Proof of performance: Oral examination, approx. 25 minutes, online
- Admission requirements: none
- Compulsory attendance: none

You can take this further training online, without attendance and without compulsory attendance complete the course. However, participation in the online seminars is recommended.

What are the admission requirements?
There are no special admission requirements for the university certificate. Knowledge in the field of personnel management is an advantage.
What credits are possible?
In this case, no crediting is possible!
How is your course structured?
The university certificate Personnel management and leadership includes the following contents:
- Fundamentals of the concept of leadership
- Overview of classic leadership approaches and theories
- Designing personnel management in practice, management tools, management success and management controlling
- Motivation and leadership
- Modern perspectives and challenges of leadership, e.g. multicultural leadership, virtual leadership, female leadership
You will receive a detailed study letter including control questions and solutions and access to the interactive learning platform with additional content and exercises.
Your lecturer is available to answer your questions by e-mail or telephone.
How long will your studies take?
The standard period of study is six months. You can extend the duration of your studies by a further six months free of charge.
