For the university certificate you will receive 5 ECTSwhich can be credited towards the Master's degree programs at Allensbach University*.
- Tuition fees: EUR 165 per month, EUR 990 in total
- Duration of study: 6 months + 6 months free extension
- Seminars: online, approx. 6 hours per module
- Proof of performance: Submission of max. 15 pages
- Admission requirements: Completed vocational training and corresponding practical experience
- Compulsory attendance: none
The university certificate is online, without attendance and without compulsory attendance completed.

What are the admission requirements?
For the university certificate, you should at least have completed vocational training and have relevant practical experience. Ideally, you have already completed smaller projects.

The university certificate "Project management for specialists and managers" includes the following contents:

Risk management in projects and project control
- analyze a project specifically for possible risks and select suitable risk policy measures,
- correctly assess the importance of project culture and develop it in a targeted manner,
- Understand the approaches of professional project marketing.
Leadership in projects and dealing with crises
- understand the basic organizational structure of projects and design them by selecting suitable project team members,
- enable and operate professional multi-project management,
- understand the phases of team development and team building in the project and support them in the best possible way,
- Professionally implement changes in the company and anchor the results,
- Dealing professionally with project crises,
- professionally complete a project that was started professionally,
- distinguish between the most common project management standards and select the most suitable one for your project,
- understand the fundamental differences between classic and agile approaches and recognize their limitations.
How long will your studies take?
The standard period of study is six months. You can extend the duration of your studies by a further six months free of charge.
